Kim Kardashian's Wedding
Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kris Humphries was the event of the season — but owing to complaining neighbors, guests couldn’t dance until the break of dawn. The socialite and her basketball player hubby hosted hundreds at a Montecito estate but were evidently a little too noisy.
“Around midnight DJ Cassidy, who had been spinning for an hour, was ordered to shut down because the neighbors were complaining about the volume of the music,” a source relayed to Page Six. “The neighbors didn’t come over, but they called the police.”
The new bride “took the news OK and seemed relaxed about it, but her sister Khloe was pretty upset and making a bit of a scene,” added the source. “She kept talking to the wedding planner to see if there was anything they could do, but there wasn’t.”
“But the party kept going anyway and most people stayed until about 2 a.m.,” noted the source. “Despite the early end to the dancing, everyone had a great time, and Kim looked beautiful and very happy.”
And the newlyweds weren’t the only ones who seemed very much in love at the reception: Eva Longoria and beau Eduardo Cruz were “all over each other all night,” a source told the New York Daily News, and were sighted “making out.”
Though they’re soon due to film her reality show “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” the new Mr. and Mrs. Humphries have reportedly managed to find time to fly out of LAX on a getaway to Europe, including Paris, the romance capital of the world. Le sigh!
